The university of Gharyan seeks through the office of international cooperation to open up to the outside environment , whether local ,regional , or international , in order to exchange ideas and enhance scientific and cultural cooperation with its counterparts universities and higher educational institutions and to keep up with rapid development in the fields of scientific research, technology transfer, and knowledge exchange . Cooperation and linking between different insinuations has become a very important matter in a time when competitiveness and quality have become the most important tools for development, advancement, and perhaps survival for any institution. For this reason , the office seeks to increase and strengthen ties and cooperation with all scientific research and academic organizations as well as the various bodies of the university whether administrative or financial to ensure the success of its current and future programs and to contribute to improving the quality of Gharyan university programs and outputs , and thus compete and improve its chance for an advanced position in higher education institutions classifications locally and abroad .

Description
The international cooperation office is an administrative office within the University of Gharyan established in 2012. Its work centered on managing, activating, and following up on agreements, memoranda of understanding (MoU), and activities concluded or signed between Gharyan University, corresponding universities, and research and scientific institutions locally and abroad.
Vision
Seeking to introduce and promote Gharyan University to reach a distinguished place among national and regional universities, also to raise the scientific performance and competitive capabilities of the university by strengthening ties of cooperation, scientific and cultural exchange with Arabic and international higher education institutions.
Message
Continuing in strengthening and activating the university external relations with other universities as well as relevant regional and international bodies and organizations for mutual benefit in order to achieve the university’s desired goals of excellence and development.
Goals
• Introducing and promoting university of Gharyan both on Arabic and international level.
• Contribute to manage the university’s cooperation strategies and implementing them locally and abroad.
• Building and extending ties of cooperation and opening channels of communication with similar institutions to transfer and localize knowledge and technology, learning and benefit from successful experiences.
• Building and holding partnerships and joint scientific research programs with other universities and research centers that serve the university’s strategic plan.
• Contributing to creating and building an integrated institutional cooperation system to ensure quality that is consistent with the university of Gharyan vision and mission.
• Benefiting from research programs and activities provided by international organizations and bodies related to higher and technical education and employing them for the benefit of Gharyan University.
• Coordinating with the university’s administrative and financial units to ensure the success implementation of the programs and plans of the international cooperation office.
